I highly recommend Quality Gem. Lisa provided me with wonderful customer service. She was patient, friendly, & honest every step of the way. I had a ring custom made and it is gorgeous. The owner is also very kind, personable and was happy to answer any questions. The store offers a vast selection of jewelry and gifts of all prices for yourself or your loved ones. They also do repairs. I look forward to going back. Thank you Quality Gem!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I had come here to look at some engagement rings to get an idea of what I liked and ended up designing my own ring with the help of Lisa. She was incredibly helpful and nice. Once I had gotten my ring I noticed it was moving around my finger more than I’d like, so I went back and asked for some opinions. Lisa helped me once again tremendously and made my ring a great fit! Quality Gem will definitely be my go-to jewelry place from now on.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! We luckily stumbled across this website looking for a diamond pendant for my birthday. Lisa responded to my inquiry immediately, and worked with us very closely in having a diamond starfish pendant made for me. It took several weeks (worth the wait), and she stayed in constant contact with us throughout. I received the pendant yesterday, very sturdily packed, and the jewelry box itself was even gift-wrapped. I opened the box to find an absolutely stunning piece!!! The pendant is jaw dropping in person, very well-made and beautifully crafted. I am over the moon happy, and I never want to take it off!!! We will definitely buy from Quality Gem again. High- quality jewelry and stellar customer service. Thanks again, Lisa!

As a first time customer I was very impressed by the facility and the customer service. Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she was kind, patient and enthusiastic. She made some very valuable suggestions and most importantly we left with a great birthday gift for my wife. I highly recommend this business. Lisa won us over, we will most definitely be back!
